The PLC Binding View is a docked tool window on the left side of the Manifest window. It lists every PLC Asset bound to the current Collection Snapshot. A single PLC Asset is stored once in the database and can be bound to several Collection Snapshots at the same time.

Node Id
The unique key of the PLC Asset binding.
PLC Name
The name of the PLC Asset.
Platform
The PLC platform reported by the project information.
NodeName
The node name reported by the project information.
PLC Id
The PLC identifier.
Import Date
The date the PLC Asset was bound.
Collection Name
The Collection Snapshot name associated with the binding.
Columns can be reordered by dragging their headers.

Bind Existing PLC Asset From Database...
Button above the list
Bind one or more PLC Assets that exist in the database but are not yet bound to this collection. Works even when the list is empty. See Bind Existing PLC Asset From Database.
Remove the selected PLC Asset(s) from this collection only. See Unbind and Delete.
Delete Asset Permanently...
Context menu
Delete the selected PLC Asset(s) from all collections and remove their files. See Unbind and Delete.
Selecting PLC Assets
The list supports multi-selection. Hold Ctrl to add individual rows or Shift to select a range. Context-menu commands act on all selected rows.
Busy Indicator
While a binding command is running, a busy overlay covers the PLC Binding View with a status message such as Moving PLC Asset binding(s)..., Binding PLC Asset(s)..., Unbinding PLC Asset(s)..., or Deleting PLC Asset(s).... All binding commands are disabled until the operation completes.
After Each Command
An entry is appended to the Model References timeline for each affected PLC Asset and the Manifest is saved immediately.
Other open views are notified that PLC Asset bindings have changed.
The Manifest window is refreshed.
If some items could not be processed, a message reports how many failed.
Tip The PLC Binding View can be auto-hidden or resized. Its size and docking layout are remembered.
