The Tag Data Export extracts the full tag data set from a Configuration Snapshot, including alarm parameter values and rationalization annotations, to an Excel spreadsheet for external review or hand-off.
Exporting Tag Data
1. Open the relevant Configuration Snapshot.
2. Navigate to the Configuration Data View Toolbar.
3. Navigate to the menu Generate Report - Alarm Analysis Report - Open Console Alarm Analysis Report
4. Select the Operator Console / Console Station from the drop-list.
5. Click the toolbar [Load] button to load any saved summary data or click the [Generate] button to generate a new Alarm Summary Analysis.
6. Click Open Tag Data in Excel in the toolbar.
Export File Contents
The exported workbook contains a single Tag Data worksheet with one row per tag and the following columns:

Note: The Tag Data export reflects the current state of the Configuration Collection at the time of export. It is not linked to any previously generated alarm analysis snapshot.
