Ensure Microsoft Excel is installed on the machine running Control Architect.
Check that the target save folder exists and you have write permission.
Try generating the report snapshot first, then exporting – exporting without a valid snapshot may produce an empty workbook.
Station Summary rows are not highlighted correctly
Review the Station Summary threshold settings in Report Settings. Amber highlighting only appears when a station exceeds a configured threshold.
The active console row is always highlighted in blue regardless of threshold status.
Database / Connectivity Issues
Configuration Collection data does not load
Verify the MongoDB connection string in the application settings.
Ensure the MongoDB service is running and accessible from the Control Architect host machine.
Verify you are property using MongoDB Authentication. This option applies to your physical MongoDB Database and requires authenticated Username and Password.
