Your problems are very important to us.  We will attempt to resolve your technical problem as soon as possible and provide you with a solution. That's why we pride ourselves in the quality of the solutions that we provide for our customers.

We strive to deliver products that are zero defect free, but in reality that is not possible. The combination of possible test cases that would be needed to exhaustively test any reasonable sized software application would be astronomical and totally unachievable even with automated testing.

We are committed to being the best we can be.  We strive to continually improve the process necessary to reduce defects to their minimum.

Sometimes it is important to get software released even if it is still known to contain some defects. In the real world you often have to weigh up the costs of trying to remove all known defects versus the value that can be gained by releasing the software.

We can't eliminate defects without your help.  If you discover a defect no matter how insignificant, please let us know so that we can take corrective action to eliminate it.
